I should have known that I never need to be concerned about you when it comes to detail.

 

As I get ready to fall asleep in my bed in my beautiful new room I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you for all you did to make the house ready for my family. ...Thank you and the team for a job well done. I LOVE my new master suite and my office. I will miss seeing you all. That says so much. How many people say they will miss their Contractor?!!

 

[Joel] you know how to pick and have found good people who appreciate your values and people skills.  It is a delight working with YOU and solving problems with you.   Aside from the fact that you have many other clients, and problems, and stresses in your day, you are always “upbeat”, positive, and fun to have around and make us feel that you are so committed to making this project a priority.  We do like you too as a kind and sensitive human being as well...I give you a cluster of stars for that alone!  This is the first remodel (and we have redone 5 houses in our married life) that I feel relaxed for the most part and know you are on top of it all.  At our age, I can’t tell you and thank you enough for that alone!  You are a love...and I am old enough to tell you that!

Beautiful!!! Both, you and the tile guy have a future in Manhattan should you desire ( heck I thought the tiles came on a sheet all laid out ahead with no artistic care anywhere) Thanks for showing me how much more craftsmanship is coming to my little place

The hotel is officially up and running and our beautiful store was written up in Architectural Digest yesterday. Kate and I are humbled by the opportunity and fully realize that our design would not have turned out as perfectly as it did without all of your efforts.
